Design and development The New Product Development Department is mainly engaged in the design, trial production, and small batch production of sheet metal products. The department has advanced processing equipment and mature sheet metal processing technology from Japan, achieving rapid customization of non mold samples and small-scale production, helping customers greatly shorten the entire planning cycle from early design to formal mass production of new products.

Trial processing

Design for stamping hardware, frame and electrical components, copiers, and LCD frame structural components. We undertake various trial production and small batch businesses to meet the special surface treatment processes of customers, such as wire drawing, painting, electroplating, anodizing, etc.

The department always provides customers with low-cost processing design, short lead time sample customization, and high-quality small batch production services.
